Your tasks

Identify potential new customers, qualify them and find the right contacts within the organisation to introduce our products and services -
Build and maintain relationships with key decision makers -
Be part of developing new customer acquisition strategies -
Ensure the sales and opportunity funnel is aligned with sales targets -
Be responsible for initiating business with potential new customers and work closely with the relevant inside sales team as a team -
Ensure timely handover to account manager -
Maintain customer information (data) in CRM systems -
Include customer specifications in the LAPP offering -
Keep up to date with industry trends, competitors and market developments to identify new opportunities and positioning strategies -
Participate in relevant trade fairs and events -
Willingness to travel in the Central Germany sales region to increase presence and frequency for the company -
Coordinate closely with the account manager of the respective districts within the region to maximise potential for the company
Your profile
-
At least 3 years' experience in sales or business development -
Strong relationship building and interpersonal skills -
Excellent communication and presentation skills -
Strategic thinking and problem solving skills -
Ability to work independently and as part of a team -
In-depth knowledge of the company's products and services -
Hunter mentality and Industry knowledge -
Strong communication skills to make initial contacts, deliver convincing sales arguments and attract the attention of potential customers -
Consultative sales and understanding of customer needs (customer voice) -
Team-oriented sales approach -
CRM skills are essential -
Solution-oriented sales skills -
Selling centre expertise -
English + local language -
Technical know-how to open design-in conversations
