Your tasks

  • Qualified 2nd level support for local hardware, software, and network issues, as well as support for the global helpdesk with in-depth technical analysis and tickets that need to be resolved on-site
  • Maintenance and management of the local IT infrastructure, including client hardware, network components, meeting rooms, and ensuring the functionality of all conference and meeting rooms
  • Implementation of global standards from the Digital Workplace team at the site, providing feedback on local requirements, and close collaboration on rollouts of new technologies (e.g., Intune, Autopilot, M365 Apps)
  • Installation, configuration, and maintenance of clients (Windows 11, smartphones, tablets), as well as support with inventory management, replacement cycles, and the integration of new devices
  • In-depth troubleshooting of incidents, structured problem-solving, ticket monitoring, and collaborative resolution with external service providers
  • Proactive support for employees with technical challenges and conducting training sessions or tutorials (e.g., using Teams, OneDrive, meeting room technology)

Your profile

  • In-depth knowledge of Windows client operating systems, Microsoft 365, Teams, OneDrive, and Entra ID
  • Experience with endpoint management strategies (Intune, Autopilot), IT processes, and hardware components
  • Basic knowledge of scripting (PowerShell) is an advantage
  • Strong service orientation and communication skills
  • Independent, solution-oriented working style with the ability to explain technical issues in an understandable way
  • High reliability, team spirit, and a hands-on mentality
  • Good German- and Englischlanguage Skills
