Your tasks

Responsible for the global operations controlling (production, supply chain) within the central controlling team (Global FP&A) of the Lapp Holding SE. Setup and development of a transparent and ongoing reporting, cost accounting and defined KPIs in collaboration with global functions and the functions within the operating units.
  • SAP 4/HANA CO key user function especially for the area of production (plant controlling / product costing) including setup and training to build expert knowledge
  • Responsible for the global harmonization and process for product and production cost calculations
  • Controlling business partner for the global CTO; sparring partner for the local/regional functions to support with analyses and improvements of KPIs in the area of production and supply chain
  • Support the global planning and forecasting process including analyses
  • Support the monthly reporting of the Lapp Group (presentation to the Executive Board and Supervisory Board)
  • Lead and collaborate with management on global FP&A projects  

Your profile

  • University degree (diploma/master's degree) in business administration or industrial engineering with a focus on finance, production, or supply chain
  • Min. 5-7 years of experience in an international manufacturing company. Sound experience in plant/operations controlling and financial planning and analysis (FP&A).
  • Very good IT skills (Excel, SAP & SAP 4/HANA, management information systems)
  • Expert knowledge in creation of presentations
  • Very good knowledge of English, min. basic knowledge of German
  • Pronounced analytical skills and the strength, to structure and implement complex tasks with pragmatism
  • You exhibit self-confidence and cross-cultural competence. You are a clear communicator and you pursue your goals with decisiveness and the willingness to perform
