Your tasks

  • Ensuring flawless value creation and optimal use of resources from goods receipt to shipping
  • Ensuring material supply for production and correct stock levels with permanent inventory
  • Compliance with quality standards
  • Employee management, training and development
  • Process optimization and ensuring lean production
  • Leading efficient store floor management including measurement and improvement of KPIs
  • Compliance with occupational health and safety and environmental protection requirements
  • Cooperation with Harnessing operations EMEA
  • Driving forward standardization and digitization projects

Your profile

  • Completed studies in the technical field, preferably in mechanical or industrial engineering
  • Professional experience, with at least five years of management experience
  • Experience in the technical and commercial planning of manufacturing processes
  • Experience in the development and implementation of process improvements
  • Collaboration in product development
  • Product and process knowledge of cable assembly
  • Familiarity with lean management and, if applicable, the LAPP Operation System
  • Knowledge of production planning and control including supply chain as well as knowledge of quality management and logistics
  • Business fluent in German and English
