Your tasks

  • You will actively support the development and implementation of initiatives designed to foster a positive corporate culture
  • You will help introduce professional change management practices and actively support change projects
  • You will prepare and facilitate workshops and meetings at all management levels
  • You will create presentations and communication materials related to “Culture and Change”

Your profile

  • Currently pursuing a degree in economics, business psychology, organizational development, communication studies, or a related field
  • Strong interest in corporate culture and change management
  • Excellent communication skills in German and English
  • Creativity and openness to new ideas
  • Ability to work independently and in a structured manner
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel
