Your tasks

  • Support in the planning and coordination of the global roll-out of a standardised operational performance and reporting framework
  • Advising and empowering the production, logistics, procurement and administration departments in the implementation of the reporting framework at a global level
  • Collaboration in the definition, further development and maintenance of global performance indicators, key performance indicator systems and associated target frameworks
  • Support in the design and operational implementation of global product costing
  • Active participation in or management of international transformation initiatives, particularly regarding the automation of KPIs and the digitalisation of operational and administrative processes
  • Close collaboration with the Lean Management Team to integrate performance management, shop floor management standards and reporting
  • Analysis of performance variances, identification of potential for improvement, and support in scaling proven best practices

Your profile

  • A successfully completed degree (Master’s or equivalent) in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, Business Informatics or a similar field
  • Initial to several years’ practical experience in process consulting or a consulting environment, ideally relating to operational topics such as production, logistics or procurement
  • Good knowledge of production and logistics processes, as well as experience with ERP and reporting systems (e.g. SAP S/4HANA, Power BI); knowledge of Lean methods, BPM or process mining is an advantage
  • Strong analytical skills, excellent communication skills and the ability to facilitate meetings
  • Experience of working on global or cross-site projects and basic knowledge of project management (traditional and/or agile)
  • High level of initiative, team spirit and assertiveness, as well as confidence in using Office 365 applications
  • Very good written and spoken German and English, as well as a willingness to travel
