Your tasks
- Processing of activities related to procure-to-pay (finance) including invoice processing, accounts payable management, travel and expense process and procedures and other activities related.
to procure-to-pay (finance) - Reviewing and approving customer master data.
- Analyzing and reconciling vendor accounts and resolving discrepancies in procure-to-pay.
- Conducting periodic audits of procure-to-pay (finance) procedures to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Preparing and analyzing financial reports related to procure-to-pay process.
- Collaborating with other departments to resolve issues related to procure-to-pay activities.
- Communication with management regarding the status of procure-to-pay activities and any concerns.
- Ensuring compliance with internal controls and external regulations related to the procure-to-pay process.
- Performing tasks in a timely manner and in accordance with accounting processes.
- Responsible for output quality of dedicated field of work (for specific country and process activity).
- Effective and compliant utilization of available IT tools and technology in order to maximize the process efficiency.
- Supporting the team of Junior Specialists on-the-job including providing guidance and training to the staff.
- Participation in the projects related to knowledge transfer and deployment of new technology.
- Initiation and support to process improvement initiatives to streamline procure-to-pay procedures and increase efficiency.
- Support in preparation of policies and procedures related to the procure-to-pay process to ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
Your profile
- Higher education – preferred field of study: Accounting, Finance.
- Min. 1 - 2 years of work experience in the field of accounting/finance in an international environment (Professional experience in the field of in SSC will be appreciated.
- Good English skills (verbal and written – B2 or higher).
- German language skills or other European language as optional.
- Skilled in MS Office package (Excel).
- Good knowledge of SAP SD/FI module.
- Analytical skills.
