Your tasks

  • Vision & Roadmap: Defining and communicating the product vision, creating release plans and product roadmaps  
  • Backlog maintenance: Prioritising the product backlog based on the requirements of all stakeholders
  • Requirements management: Recording requirements from the respective departments 
  • Stakeholder management: Communication and close coordination with departments, process owners and IT teams
  • Agile collaboration: Participation in Scrum events (daily, planning, review, retro)
  • Quality assurance: Organisation of user acceptance tests and feedback integration
  • Planning and monitoring of the budget for the development team under your responsibility

Your profile

  • At least five years of experience as a product owner in a scaled agile environment
  • Many years of experience in stakeholder management and task prioritisation, as well as backlog maintenance
  • Experience in building agile product teams
  • You find it easy to work proactively and independently and to make decisions
  • Experience in leading highly qualified, cross-functional teams
  • Knowledge of the SAP environment is an advantage
  • Good English and German skills
