Your tasks

  • Independent supervision of technical systems, mainly in the fields of heating, ventilation, sanitary and refrigeration technology (HVAC)
  • Responsibility for compliance with and monitoring of standards, current norms and regulations as well as ensuring compliance with official requirements
  • Ensuring the functional and operational safety of HVAC systems
  • Representing the client in construction projects (also across trades), including coordination of project participants and external companies
  • Central contact person for internal and external HVAC topics
  • Handling and further development of Schneider Electric's in-house building management system
  • System optimization and energy management
  • Maintenance of system data in the CAFM system (Planon)
  • Special tasks in the areas of further development of the company standard, documentation requirements and fire protection

Your profile

  • Completed degree in supply engineering, building services engineering, facility management, or a comparable engineering field
  • Initial professional experience in facility management is desirable.
  • Knowledge of legal regulations, technical rules, ordinances, and standards.
  • Experience with IT systems (CAFM systems, CAD, ERP, building management systems).
  • Proficient in standard MS Office applications.
  • Committed, team-oriented, and customer-focused mindset and work approach.
