Your tasks
- Plan, record, investigate and monitor procedures and processes to ensure quality standards and initiate corrective measures in LAPP Mobility production
- Planning and monitoring release tests for new/modified products as well as preparing initial sample test reports/PPAP according to VDA/AIAG
- Measuring equipment capability analysis MSA and calibration monitoring
- Ensuring manufacturability, machine capability and process monitoring
- Carrying out product, process and system audits according to VDA and IATF
- Complaint management towards customers and suppliers
- Cause analysis using the 8D method (ISHIKAWA) for customer and supplier complaints
- Leading FMEA meetings and tracking relevant measures
- Further development of our quality management system including documentation
- Participation in project meetings and tracking of quality-relevant tasks and measures
- Plan and carry out external and internal audits in accordance with VDA 6.3
Your profile
- Successfully completed technical studies or comparable qualification in the field of electrical engineering
- Sound experience in the area of quality including the automotive core tools
- Qualification as an auditor according to VDA 6.3 and certification as a QMB
- Independent and responsible way of working
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Very good knowledge of SAP, Office package as well as MiniTab and BabTec module FMEA
- Very good knowledge of spoken and written English
- Willingness to travel, nationally and across Europe
