Your tasks

Together with the team, you will help shape change at LAPP and be responsible for the further development of all topics related to the framework conditions for shaping the organization at LAPP. This includes, among other things
  • Guidelines and blueprints for our organizational structure and processes
  • Observation and evaluation trends in organizational design, e.g. for new organizational forms and their implementation together with the business
  • Analyzing and evaluating our organizational structures from an HR perspective
  • You will advise our specialist departments and HR functions on the further development of our organizational and management structures and demonstrate your practical know-how in your own projects
  • Preparing and structuring of the problem, conducting analyses, designing and implementing organizational development activities
  • Development of concrete measures for implementation in the (specialist) departments
  • Active further development of methods for organizational development
  • Conception, implementation and moderation of various workshops
  • Close cooperation with People Development, Culture & Change and other HR departments

Your profile

You have a passion for organizational development and are motivated to drive change to make organizations more effective, efficient and successful
  • Successfully completed business studies with a focus on human resources or organizational development or comparable studies
  • Several years of professional experience in organizational development or organizational design in the industry or management consulting
  • Sound knowledge in the design and introduction of multidimensional organizational forms (e.g. matrix)
  • Methodological expertise in all aspects of organizational development
  • Ideally experience in the areas of people development or culture & change
  • Very good written and spoken German and English skills
  • Strong analytical, methodical and conceptual skills as well as a structured and independent way of working
  • Very good presentation and moderation skills (German and English)
  • Systemic qualification in the field of organizational development desirable
  • A Self-confident and communicative personality who pursues their goals with noticeable passion, high commitment, team spirit and solution orientation
