Your tasks

  • Customer master data: Maintaining and updating global customer master data in the SAP system in accordance with defined standards
  • Quality assurance: monitoring and ensuring data quality through regular checks, troubleshooting and implementing processes for continuous improvement
  • Interface management: close cooperation with various international specialist departments to ensure that customer master data meets requirements and standards
  • Process optimization: Identification of efficiency potential in existing processes and implementation of optimization measures with a view to centralization
  • Analysis: Creation of reports and analyses in connection with customer master data to support decision-making processes
  • Project management: Introduction of a cross-disciplinary, automated customer creation and administration process in the global system landscape (SAP S/4HANA / SAP C/4HANA)

Your profile

  • Successfully completed studies in economics, computer science, marketing or comparable training
  • Proven experience in managing customer master data in the SAP system (preferably SAP S/4HANA), ideally in a B2B environment
  • Sound knowledge of data quality assurance, process optimization and interface management. 
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with different departments and stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively as part of a team
  • Ability to adapt to changing requirements and priorities
  • Very good written and spoken German and English skills
