Your tasks
- Sub-project management and coordination of the global implementation of Oracle HCM, including ensuring go-live and adherence to the project schedule
- Interface between HR, IT, external implementation partners, and global stakeholders (CPOs, Global HR) to consolidate requirements and implement solutions
- Definition, optimization, and harmonization of our global end-to-end HR processes.
- Ensuring successful data migration and integration architecture
- Quality assurance and responsibility for the operational running of the Oracle HCM system after go-live, including monitoring data quality and system stability
- Further development of the tool: planning and coordination of updates, new functionalities, and process optimizations
- Preparation of status reports and quarterly updates for management
- Internal consulting and training activities within the framework of Oracle HCM in a global context
Your profile
- Several years of experience in complex HR IT projects, ideally Oracle HCM Cloud or comparable HR systems
- Deep understanding of global HR processes and their technical mapping in IT systems
- Knowledge of system architecture, interfaces, data governance, and IT security
- Strong agile project management skills (planning, control, reporting)
- Confident manner, high level of personal responsibility, and enjoyment of international collaboration
- Fluent German and English skills
