Your tasks

  • Project and sub‑project management for the global rollout of Oracle HCM, including go‑live readiness, schedule, quality, and stakeholder management
  • Acting as the central interface between HR, IT, external implementation partners, and global stakeholders to consolidate business requirements and translate them into sustainable solutions
  • Definition, harmonization, and continuous development of global end‑to‑end HR processes, as well as derivation of HR requirements for the global IT systems landscape (including functional design approvals and business sign‑offs)
  • Responsibility for data migration, integration architecture, quality assurance, and stable operational performance of HR IT systems in close collaboration with IT
  • Continuous enhancement of Oracle HCM through coordination of updates, new functionalities, process optimizations, and execution and management of business and HR testing
  • Reporting, internal consulting, and enablement: management reporting, training, global HR IT consulting, and active involvement in HR digitalization initiatives, including AI use cases

Your profile

  • Several years of experience in complex HR IT projects, ideally with Oracle HCM Cloud or comparable systems
  • Strong understanding of global HR processes, their technical implementation, as well as system architectures, interfaces, data governance, and IT security
  • Excellent project management and delivery skills (agile), combined with a pragmatic, solution‑oriented mindset
  • High level of ownership, confident demeanor, and enthusiasm for international collaboration
  • Fluent in German and English
