Your tasks

Together with the Corporate Communications team, you will drive forward global communications at LAPP and support the further development of internal communication content and processes. You are always on the lookout for compelling stories with a strong focus on people. Your tasks will include:

  • Strategic planning, coordination, and organization of global corporate communications with a focus on internal communications 
  • Creating and editing cross-media stories for internal and external communication in close cooperation with specialist departments and subsidiaries
  • Supporting the expansion and maintenance of the global communicator network for international communication 
  • Further development of digital communication channels, such as the intranet, employee app or digital boards
  • Establishing and promoting global communication topics through channels such as print media, video content, and events.
  • Contact person for internal communication topics with a focus on content creation, project communication, and intranet
  • Systematic standardization of internal communication processes and monitoring of employee communication. 

Your profile

You have a passion for storytelling and think about communication from a 360-degree perspective. You enjoy working in interdisciplinary teams and are a team player.

  • Successfully completed studies in the areas of communication science, media science, PR or a comparable field of study
  • More than three years of professional experience in corporate communications in a larger company and/or in a PR/communications agency/consultancy
  • Several years of editorial experience, for example through journalistic work or an editorial traineeship, and a passion for writing. 
  • Experience with software such as Adobe Photoshop, Microsoft SharePoint, and relevant AI tools is desirable.
  • Excellent skills in written and spoken German and English
  • Strong analytical and project management skills
  • A confident and communicative individual who pursues their goals with noticeable passion, high commitment, and solution orientation
  • Team orientation, trustworthiness, and loyalty

The position is initially limited to one year as a parental leave replacement.
