Your tasks

Together with your colleagues, you will drive the Global People Development function at LAPP and support the implementation and continuous enhancement of our global people development activities. You think globally and maintain close collaboration with business functions worldwide. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Implementation of holistic HR development projects in line with the company’s strategic objectives
  • Identification of talents and high-potential employees, as well as the design and execution of development programs
  • Shared responsibility for talent development and the continuous enhancement of existing leadership and early-career development programs on a global scale
  • Trusted point of contact worldwide for talents, external service providers, and trainers on all matters related to people development
  • Independent design, planning, organization, and delivery of needs-based people development initiatives and workshops, including follow-up activities and evaluation measures

        

Your profile

You have an entrepreneurial mindset and strong conceptual skills combined with a passion for shaping initiatives and driving them to successful implementation. You enjoy working in interdisciplinary teams and are a true team player. In addition, you bring:

  • A successfully completed degree in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a comparable field.
  • Several years of professional experience in Learning & Development / People Development within an internationally operating corporation, ideally in an industrial environment.
  • Proficiency in modern HR systems and digital tools across the entire employee lifecycle.
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills in German and English, strong consulting capabilities, and a pronounced customer-oriented mindset.
  • Strong analytical abilities and a confident personality that complement your profile.
