Your tasks

  • Liquidity planning: Coordination of liquidity planning and support for our group companies in technical and operational matters
  • Financing management: Responsibility for financing management, including identification and negotiation with financing partners, support and expansion of existing financing relationships, planning and optimization of global credit lines
  • Process optimization: Expansion and further development of existing processes and tools, particularly in the context of liquidity planning and digital transformation. Utilization, maintenance, and project management of the treasury system landscape.
  • Reporting: Preparation of internal and external reports for the executive board and top management, as well as further development of the reporting structure
  • Analysis: Development of complex solution strategies, including the preparation of analyses, presentations, and decision templates
  • Collaboration: Contact person and support function for various departments, e.g., accounting in the context of year-end closing activities

Your profile

  • 3-5 years of professional experience in treasury, cash management, or finance, ideally in an international environment
  • Experience in dealing with financing partners and negotiating terms and conditions
  • In-depth knowledge of managing credit lines and intercompany loans
  • Confident use of treasury management systems and MS Office, especially Excel
  • Analytical, structured, and solution-oriented approach to work
  • High degree of initiative, strong communication skills, and ability to work in a team
  • Affinity for digital processes and openness to innovative solutions
  • Knowledge of operational derivatives trading with a focus on commodities and foreign exchange is an advantage.
