Your tasks

  • Operating industrial trucks, such as electric pallet jacks or forklifts, indoors and outdoors, including inspecting the vehicles for roadworthiness before and after use
  • Conducting commercial inspections of incoming goods in accordance with inspection instructions (delivery note)
  • Picking production orders and distributing materials throughout the production area
  • Wrapping finished parts in plastic film and transporting them via internal transport vehicle to the logistics center
  • Resolving issues with other departments, such as Purchasing, Production Control, Production or Quality Assurance
  • Conducting periodic inventory counts

Your profile

  • Successfully completed vocational training in the field of logistics
  • Two or more years of professional experience in a logistics or warehouse setting is a plus
  • Valid forklift operator’s license and Class 3 driver’s license
  • Basic knowledge of SAP and common MS Office applications
  • Experience and process knowledge in the area of goods receiving as well as knowledge of change and lean management
  • Strong ability to convey knowledge
  • High level of reliability, attention to detail and good time management and self-management skills
  • Good written and spoken German skills
