Your tasks

  • Independent implementation of monthly payroll accounting and time management for a defined group of employees
  • Advising and supporting internal customers on all issues relating to payroll tax, social security and collective bargaining law 
  • Ensuring reports are submitted to social security and pension insurance providers, employers' liability insurance association, state statistics office, etc.
  • Correspondence with authorities, tax offices, health insurance funds and social security institutions
  • Processing all necessary personnel documents from recruitment to employees leaving the company
  • Processing and handling company pension schemes
  • Preparation of certificates and correspondence with employees and external bodies
  • Administrative tasks in the HR area, such as maintaining personnel files and master data and supporting time management 
  • Collaboration in digitization projects in the HR area

Your profile

  • Successfully completed commercial training
  • Several years of professional experience in payroll accounting - ideally with PAISY 
  • Experience in time management - ideally with Zeus
  • Good knowledge of payroll tax and social security law as well as collective bargaining and labor law - ideally metal and electrical industry
  • Confident in using MS Office applications
  • Strong customer and service orientation as well as good teamwork and communication skills
  • Independent and systematic way of working
