Your tasks
- Independent implementation of monthly payroll accounting and time management for a defined group of employees
- Advising and supporting internal customers on all issues relating to payroll tax, social security and collective bargaining law
- Ensuring reports are submitted to social security and pension insurance providers, employers' liability insurance association, state statistics office, etc.
- Correspondence with authorities, tax offices, health insurance funds and social security institutions
- Processing all necessary personnel documents from recruitment to employees leaving the company
- Processing and handling company pension schemes
- Preparation of certificates and correspondence with employees and external bodies
- Administrative tasks in the HR area, such as maintaining personnel files and master data and supporting time management
- Collaboration in digitization projects in the HR area
Your profile
- Successfully completed commercial training
- Several years of professional experience in payroll accounting - ideally with PAISY
- Experience in time management - ideally with Zeus
- Good knowledge of payroll tax and social security law as well as collective bargaining and labor law - ideally metal and electrical industry
- Confident in using MS Office applications
- Strong customer and service orientation as well as good teamwork and communication skills
- Independent and systematic way of working
