Your tasks

People Development and Talent Management

  • Identify training needs within the team.
  • Promote development opportunities for team members.
  • Support the recruitment of new team members.
  • Lead, motivate, and develop the team.
  • Foster collaboration and conduct regular feedback and performance reviews.
  • Ensure team goals align with overarching departmental objectives.
  • Structure task areas and develop and implement deployment plans.

Process Optimization and Strategy

  • Analyze existing internal team processes.
  • Introduce new methods and tools to improve efficiency and goal achievement.
  • Actively contribute to the development of agile project management based on the LAPP Agile Framework.

Project Management

  • Plan, monitor, and implement team-related projects.
  • Ensure adherence to timelines, budget constraints, and quality standards.
  • Interface Function and Communication
  • Close collaboration with PMO & Portfolio team
  • Collaborate closely with other teams and departments
  • Maintain regular communication with internal stakeholders.
  • Report relevant progress and challenges to management.
  • Promote clear and effective communication within the team and with external partners.
  • Work closely with the business side, especially coordinating with Product Owners and virtual teams to ensure smooth and efficient project execution.

Budget and Resource Management

  • Global budget responsibility for all projects in Global IT
  • Make responsible decisions at the team level.
  • Delegate tasks effectively.
  • Manage the team’s allocated resources and budget responsibly.

Agile Coaching and Enablement

  • Coach project managers and Scrum Masters to strengthen agile practices and mindset across the organization.
  • Support the scaling of agile methods and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Your profile

  • Higher education (preferred fields: management, IT, engineering, or related)
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in people management and project management, preferably in IT industry
  • Advanced English knowledge (working in a foreign environment)
  • German language knowledge will be an additional asset
  • Proven experience in Agile project management: Experience with Scrum, Kanban, or other Agile frameworks.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills: Ability to motivate and guide a team, communicate effectively with stakeholders, and facilitate discussions.
  • Problem-solving skills: Ability to identify and resolve issues that arise during the project lifecycle.
  • Stakeholder management: Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Time management and organizational skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Certifications: May include Scrum Master (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), or other relevant Agile certifications – nice to have.
