Your tasks

  • Lead the team of Product Owners and Business Architects in LAPP Global IT, aligning products with business goals
  • Drive talent & strategic skill development, nurturing team growth, setting standards and orchestrating ressource planning
  • Enable the team in further bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions
  • Support the development of LAPP Agile Framework and playbooks for efficient collaboration between Business and Global IT
  • Continuously assess and refine team capabilities to meet evolving business needs

Your profile

  • Several years of experience in similar roles, including proven expertise in functional and/or disciplinary leading and mentoring teams
  • Proficiency in fostering team growth, collaborative and supportive team culture and individual development
  • Deep understanding of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe), agile events and tools (Jira, Confluence)
  • Agile mindset with ability to embrace change and continuously improve internal processes
  • Strong skills in presenting complex ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences (executives and cross-functional teams)
  • Excellent communication skills in English and German
