Your tasks
- Disciplinary and technical leadership of internal and external SAP developers within an international team, as well as Java developers in the commerce sector within an international team
- Coordination of development tasks according to resource planning
- Execution of resource planning and annual budget planning
- Quality assurance and budget control, as well as conducting job interviews
- Conducting annual performance reviews (goal-setting discussions)
- Promotion of new technological trends and active contribution to the development of the ERP future
- Participation in projects as a technical project manager, e.g., during SAP upgrades
- Continuous improvement of the system landscape through the introduction, creation, and enforcement of coding guidelines
- Conceptualization and discussion of requirements with stakeholders
Your profile
- Completed studies in business informatics, computer science, or business administration, or a comparable professional qualification
- Leadership skills and several years of management experience, ideally in a development environment
- Experience in application development in the SAP environment with SAPUI5, SAP Fiori, and HANA, combined with ABAP and/or ABAP OO – ideally also with Java development experience
- Good understanding of the SAP Dictionary
- Knowledge of SAP modules and their processes as well as the ability to conceptualize and discuss requirements with stakeholders and employees
- Strong analytical and conceptual skills
- Proficient language skills in German (business fluent) and very good English skills
- Strong communication skills and analytical thinking
