Your tasks
- Development, implementation, and continuous optimization of the digital sales strategy
- Ensuring continuous revenue growth as well as expanding and fully leveraging the potential of the customer base
- Digitization of relevant service processes and introduction of modern sales and AI technologies to increase efficiency
- Identification of new sales channels and integration of new technologies into the sales teams across the three regions
- Optimization of relevant KPIs and further development of necessary KPIs to enable the sales performance of the sales subsidiaries
- Further development of the global online channel partner strategy within the context of a multi channel sales strategy
- Continuous optimization of customer journeys to improve conversion rates
- Promotion of data driven sales management
- Expansion of lead management, marketing automation, and CRM activities
- Introduction of a marketing excellence program for the implementation of digital marketing activities to increase sales efficiency
- Disciplinary management of assigned department heads and assigned employees
Your profile
- University degree
- Several years of leadership experience in digital B2B sales of industrial products
- Excellent knowledge of e-commerce technologies, performance marketing and data analysis
- Strategic thinking combined with a “hands-on approach"
- Agile work methods and leadership of international and cross-functional teams
- Strong customer focus and entrepreneurial approach
- Negotiation skills as well as the ability to adapt to change and drive innovation
- KPI-driven mindset (e. g. Customer Acquisition Costs, Customer Lifetime Value, ROAS, NPS, Sales, ROI, Automation Rate, lead-to-cash)
- Excellent level of English
