Your tasks

  • Conducting data analyses to support various projects and decision-making processes.
  • Reviewing and analyzing existing processes and logic to identify areas for improvement.
  • Applying and regularly maintaining the IT tools in use.
  • Actively participating in project teams and supporting the achievement of project goals.
  • Contributing to the design, planning, and implementation of global training and development programs, including workshops, eLearning modules, and other learning initiatives.

Your profile

  • You are a matriculate (m/f/d) of economics, applied computer science, psychology or a comparable course of study
  • First experience with data analysis and IT tools
  • Independent, structured and committed way of working
  • Excellent communication skills in written and spoken English
  • You have very good MS Office skills
  • Attendance / work on site at the Stuttgart location is possible, but hybrid models are also possible
