Your tasks
- Collaborate on the development of instructional concepts for in-house training programs focused on social sustainability (particularly mental health and resilience) in the EMEA region
- Assist in the design, organization, and delivery of internal training sessions and workshops (e.g. on corporate culture, leadership, and collaboration)
- Creating and preparing presentations, training materials, and communication resources
- Helping to identify and evaluate potential applications of artificial intelligence in an HR context (e.g. learning, recruiting, feedback processes)
- Supporting day-to-day operations in the areas of employer branding, HR sustainability, active sourcing, and people development
- Helping to organize and conduct internal events and programs
Your profile
- Currently pursuing a master’s degree in psychology, social sciences, business administration, or a comparable field of study (preferably psychology)
- Interest in topics such as HR, social sustainability, mental health, employee engagement, and people development
- Initial practical experience in human resources, employer branding, or employee engagement is a plus
- Analytical thinking skills and a structured, independent work style
- Proficiency with MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- High level of initiative and a proactive work style
