Your tasks
- You actively support the development and implementation of initiatives that foster a positive corporate culture
- You assist in establishing professional change management and actively contribute to transformation projects
- You help prepare and support workshops and meetings across all management levels
- You create presentations and communication materials related to culture & change
Your profile
- Enrolled student (m/f/d) in the field of Business Administration, Business Psychology, Organizational Development, Communication Sciences, or a comparable discipline
- Proficient in MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel
- Strong communication skills in both German and English
- High interest in the areas of corporate culture and change management
- Creativity and openness to new ideas
- Independent and structured working style
