Your tasks

  • You actively support the development and implementation of initiatives that foster a positive corporate culture
  • You assist in establishing professional change management and actively contribute to transformation projects
  • You help prepare and support workshops and meetings across all management levels
  • You create presentations and communication materials related to culture & change

Your profile

  • Enrolled student (m/f/d) in the field of Business Administration, Business Psychology, Organizational Development, Communication Sciences, or a comparable discipline
  • Proficient in MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel
  • Strong communication skills in both German and English
  • High interest in the areas of corporate culture and change management
  • Creativity and openness to new ideas
  • Independent and structured working style
