Your tasks

  • Supporting the introduction and maintenance of our internal HR software - including data management, creating training materials, and actively supporting our users
  • Performing data analyses to support various projects and decision-making processes
  • Creating evaluations and visualizations for HR metrics and supporting the introduction of Power BI
  • Reviewing and analyzing existing processes and logic to identify potential for improvement
  • Applying and regularly maintaining the IT tools used
  • Actively participating in project teams and supporting the implementation of project goals
  • Participating in the development, planning, and implementation of global training and development programs, including workshops, e-learning, and other learning initiatives

Your profile

  • Enrolled student (m/f/d) in the field of economics, psychology, HR management, data analytics, digital business, or a comparable degree program
  • Initial experience with data analysis and IT tools
  • Independent, structured, and committed approach to work
  • Flexibility and willingness to provide goal-oriented support in various areas of responsibility
  • Excellent written and spoken German and English communication skills
  • Very good MS Office skills
