Your tasks
- Point of contact for Program management Q&A in LA EMEA, Strategic capacity 2027 program
- Support the SPO (Strategy performance officer) in day-to-day tasks
- Create standards for Program management according to the PMP standards
- Develop reporting dashboard for program management with help of internal/external experts
- Research and analyses the production and supply chain data to develop recommendations, templates and presentations
Your profile
-
Enrolled student (m/f/d) in the field of business administration (organizational development and projects), business education or business administration with a focus on technologies or project management -
High self-motivation as well as independent and structured work -
Advanced Excel knowledge (VBA macro) -
Further Microsoft 365 knowledge, such as MS Projects and Power Point -
High level of conscientiousness in completing tasks. -
Open-mindedness towards new topics -
Very good written and spoken English skills
