Your tasks

  • Creation of customs documents
  • Requesting and maintaining supplier declarations
  • Coordination with suppliers when gathering information
  • Responding to customer inquiries related to customs matters
  • Supporting shipment processing by providing origin information
  • Providing customs master data

Your profile

  • Student (m/f/d) in the field of Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Business Informatics, or a comparable field of study
  • Basic knowledge in Supply Chain Management or customs desirable
  • Knowledge of SAP GTS is an advantage
  • Customer orientation and strong communication skills
  • Initiative, commitment, and flexibility
  • Independent, goal-oriented, and team-oriented working style
  • Good English skills, both written and spoken
  • Good knowledge of MS Office and MS Outlook
