Your tasks

  • Active participation in the implementation of the new CAFM/IWMS software (Planon - Universe) and mobile applications
  • Collaboration on relevant subtasks of the project
  • Data maintenance of data from various sources (Excel, databases, CAD plans, etc.)
  • Support in the implementation of standardization and optimization of facility management and (ongoing) processes
  • General support for facility management management

Your profile

  • Enrolled student (m/f/d) in the field of facility management, industrial engineering, supply engineering, architecture, civil engineering, or a comparable degree program with a focus on facility management
  • Ideally, initial project/internship experience
  • Basic knowledge of laws and standards in facility management
  • Experience in working with IT systems (especially CAFM/IWMS, CAD) desirable
  • Confident use of common MS Office applications
  • Committed, team-oriented and customer-focused mindset and approach to work
  • Good written and spoken German and English skills
  • Availability for 3 months or longer
