Your tasks

  • Assisting with the operational management of incoming goods
  • Processing inquiries from our sales department regarding the transport of our shipments and assisting with complaint handling
  • Supporting the team in developing concepts for current projects in transport logistics
  • Creating presentations and analyses
  • Maintaining monthly statistics on transit times, costs, and quality, as well as freight rate terms in SAP
  • Your work is rounded out by preparing the monthly market update on the state of transport logistics
  • Through communication and collaboration with other departments such as Export, Goods Receiving, and Shipping, you’ll gain a comprehensive understanding of transport processes from all angles

Your profile

  • Enrolled student (m/f/d) in business administration, industrial engineering, or a related field with a focus on logistics
  • Good MS Office skills, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
  • Previous experience with SAP ECC 6.0 is a plus
  • You are characterized by strong analytical skills, a holistic and structured approach to problem-solving, a strong willingness to learn, enthusiasm and the ability to work well in a team
