Your tasks

  • Collaboration in IT projects and tenders (RFPs) (e.g., ServiceDesk, ServiceNow, Device as a Service, Managed NOC)
  • Structuring and documenting project and process content
  • Participation in governance and compliance topics (hardware processes, ISMS documentation, audit preparation)
  • Creation and maintenance of knowledge databases (Confluence, Knowledge Base for ServiceNow)
  • Preparation of presentations and decision templates (for management meetings, community calls, internal communication)
  • Support of internal tech adoption initiatives (e.g., Copilot adoption, documentation consolidation)

Your profile

  • Currently studying Computer Science (with a focus on Business) or a similar degree programme
  • A basic understanding of modern IT infrastructures, as well as an interest in IT service management and governance issues
  • The ability to organise project and process content in a structured manner and document it clearly
  • Proficiency in Office tools (particularly Excel and PowerPoint); initial experience with M365, cloud technologies or automation is an advantage
  • Analytical, reliable and independent working style, as well as good communication skills in German and English
  • High motivation to familiarise yourself with new technologies and to work within a global IT organisation
