Your tasks
- Administration, further development, and maintenance of the Microsoft 365 environment (Entra, Intune, Endpoint Management, Mobile Device Management
- Implementation and maintenance of security policies such as conditional access and multi-factor authentication (MFA)
- Administration and configuration of Microsoft Teams, including telephony functions (Teams Calling plans, Direct Routing, SBC, voicemail, call policies)
- Introduction and support for the use of Microsoft Copilot for M365, including training and consulting for users
- Collaboration with internal departments and external service providers to ensure a stable and secure collaboration platform
- Documentation, monitoring, and continuous optimization of the solutions used
Your profile
- Experience in the administration of Microsoft 365, Azure AD, Intune, and device management (endpoint management, Autopilot, endpoint security)
- Knowledge of Microsoft Teams telephony (calling plans, direct routing) and initial experience with Microsoft Copilot
- Practical experience with Modern Workplace, M365, and Entra ID
- Experience in support (second-level support, occasionally first-level) and with larger rollouts
- Desirable: Scripting skills (PowerShell) for automation
- Service- and team-oriented thinking, analytical problem-solving skills, and strong communication skills
- Very good written and spoken German and English skills
